Nudge reaches finals of international award for second consecutive year
Each year Vision Critical – the leading provider of customer intelligence software, invites world-wide users of its insight community platform to showcase the best applications of customer engagement; using insight communities for actionable insight to build better products, deliver better services and achieve better business outcomes. This year an unprecedented number of entries were submitted to Vision Critical, across markets including South Africa, Netherlands, UK, Germany and France. According to Mike Stevens, Managing Director and EVP EMEA, Vision Critical, the quality of submissions were markedly better than last year as competition for this prestigious award has intensified.
The six finalists for the 2015 Award include Boden (Retail), O2 (Telecoms), QVC (Retail), EenVandaag (Media), Global (Media) and South Africa’s Ster-Kinekor Theatres (Entertainment).
This is not new territory for Nudge, having reached the final in 2014 with Ster-Kinekor Theatre’s MovieMinds as well as Nando’s FireStarters Insight Community.
In 2014/15 Ster-Kinekor Theatres used MovieMinds to drive insights across the business from Marketing right through to Operations; it can demonstrate clear Return on Investment and together with Nudge, continues to exceed innovative research techniques including ground-breaking work on Cognitive Age, as well as piloting Mobile Apps. Insights generated from MovieMinds continue to guide designs and other creative elements in the business.
Announcement of the winner for the EMEA region takes place on 24 September 2015 in London.
